HVAC Programs

Our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) program prepares students for a career as an HVAC technician and for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) exam, a valuable license for an HVAC technician. Students will develop an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems through project-based experiences and hands-on training in residential and commercial ventilation. Emphasis is placed on the generation and modification of electricity for HVAC systems, wiring principles and procedures approved by the National Electrical Code (NEC), operational techniques for ventilation and refrigeration systems, and troubleshooting techniques for refrigeration systems.
