SoCal ROC hosted an annual Employer Advisory Committee Meetings on January 26, 2012, for its School of Health Sciences, School of Finance and Business, School of Public & Consumer Services, and School of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
Course Outlines are developed with the cooperation of industry representatives from the career area for which the courses are designed. All course outlines are approved by the Board of Education and certified by the California Department of Education. All course outlines are aligned to the California Career Technical Education Model Curriculum Standards and California State Content Standards in Language Arts and Mathematics.

This sector offers courses from Landscape/Nursery Careers to Floral Design.
School of Arts/Media & Entertainment
This sector comprises of digital animation, performing arts, photography, film production, and fashion design courses.
School of Engineering & Design
This sector offers courses in engineering, aviation, computer technology, construction trades, and automotive repair.
School of Finance & Business
The Finance & Business sector course offerings range from Banking to Computer Applications to Computer Accounting to Business Entrepreneur/Virtual Enterprise.
